RECEIVING FREQUENCIES
water flows
where there is an opening
where she is received
the yin and the yang
feminine and the masculine
expansion and contraction
non-doing and doing
these are all merely end points of the pendulum of our beautiful lives
any deficiency brings excess
any excess brings deficiency
the pendulum is always swinging back and forth
from 25 degrees left to 25 degrees to the right
the programming we grew up in - especially women of the Xgen - has put us in an excess of doing, giving, achieving, creating, showing up - in a yang swing of the flow
as long as we do, we will reap the rewards, somehow
multitasking our lives to a serious deficiency of 'receiving'
same in the body: as we see in spleen Qi Xu

well, now the pendulum is swinging to repair this Deficiency - we are here to set into the 'receiving frequencies'
in our minds, hearts, our bodies - in all areas of our lives
yin comes before yang
you receive before you give - it's a Taoist law of universal flow anyways

i don't argue with the universe, I used to - but I learned over the years not to force a thing
yes, we are taught when we give give give - we shall receive
it's an honorable teaching
otherwise we'd be tugging at the skirts of the universe all the time like beggars
under the microscope however, the actual teaching is
you receive, just a split moment before giving a thing
you breathe in a touch of grace
you listen, then you move
no forcing involved in the Tao
you could argue you just simply serve up with pleasure
what is whispered-in

pleasure
gentleness
emptiness
awareness
appreciation
beauty
innocence
timelessness
being, presence
essense, quintessence
humility, spaciousness
